Head Colourist

Leah began her career with Synergy straight after secondary school in 2000. She qualified as a colourist in 2003 and has been working alongside Colina ever since. Leah has also earned qualifications as a Wella Master Colour Expert and NVQ assessor, demonstrating her commitment to skill and ongoing development.

She is passionate about all things colour—from subtle contouring highlights to complex colour corrections—and always prioritises maintaining the health and condition of her clients’ hair while delivering beautiful results. Leah also works closely with the local college as an in-salon educator, supporting and mentoring junior stylists through their apprenticeships.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with friends, listening to music, singing (sometimes alongside owner Steve), and anything related to animals.
